Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts. Keep account information accurate and protect access to your email address. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Marketplace role
Unhinge helps businesses discover and communicate with creators. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Unhinge is not a party to agreements between users and does not guarantee identity, performance, payment, deliverables, audience metrics, or campaign results.
Profiles and content
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Unhinge a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, display, and format it solely to operate and promote the marketplace. You must own or have permission to use all profile, logo, portfolio, and message content you submit.
User agreements
Creators and businesses are responsible for agreeing on scope, price, taxes, deadlines, approvals, disclosures, intellectual-property rights, usage rights, cancellation terms, and payment outside the platform. Keep a written record of campaign terms.
Acceptable use
Do not spam, impersonate others, scrape the service, bypass access controls, upload malicious material, infringe rights, manipulate metrics, discriminate unlawfully, solicit illegal or unsafe work, harass users, or use private information outside the purpose for which it was shared.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or remove accounts and content reasonably believed to violate these terms, create safety or legal risk, or harm marketplace trust. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Unhinge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from user relationships or third-party services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Applicable law and courts will be determined by the legal entity and jurisdiction identified in the final production notice.
